The lowest roughness we can do is Ra 0.004um and density over 6.09 in ZirconiaZirconia (ZrO2) is an extremely refractory material. It possesses excellent chemical inertness and corrosion resistance at temperatures well above the melting point of alumina. Sunstart Zirconia is fully stabilized in the cubic crystal structure to avoid cracking and mechanical weakening during thermal cycling. In addition to its high temperature capability, Zirconia offers low thermal conductivity and is electrically conductive above 800ºC. Also has the unique ability to allow oxygen ions to move freely through the crystal structure above 600ºC.
Sunzirc Material is a premium grade high purity yttria stabilized zirconia ceramic with high density over 6.09 specially designed for HP waterjet cutting & cleaning and Pharma filling & dosing pumps. This material offers good corrosion resistance to NaOH and HCI, high wear resistance and a low friction coefficient even under the pressure up to 90.000PSI. Availble in both White and Grey color.
Compatible with main filling machines: Bosch, Bausch+Stroebel, IMA, Optima, Groninger, Marchesini, Rota, etc…
