3. Working principle of vibrating feeder:
There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. Vibrating feeder uses both vibration and gravity to move material. Gravity is used to determine the direction, either down, or down to a side, and then vibration is used to move the material. They are mainly used to transport a large number of smaller objects.
