Product Details
Futureway's PTFE film is resistant to high and low temperatures, and is suitable for aerospace cables.
Product Description
High and low temperature resistance PTFE film is used to transmit key data for artificial satellites, military or civil aircraft, and spacecraft. Futureway adopts innovative materials and advanced manufacturing processes, and the materials working temperature ranges from - 200°C to + 200°C. The material is resistant to high and low temperatures, and can be bent and wired in a small space to prevent dust, oil, radiation, and frequent friction caused by flight shock and vibration. We can provide cable manufacturers with a variety of PTFE insulation materials to ensure that the cables can work without trouble even in harsh environments.
The cables made by Futureway PTFE products have low loss and high speed, and can continuously ensure power supply and signal transmission. They have been proven on a variety of aircraft and communication equipment.

Product Feature and Application
• The maximum continuous use temperature is 260°C, the elongation is not less than 5% at -196°C, and it can be bent at -269°C.
• Used in aerospace, electronic radar, military equipment, communications, industrial automation, transportation, electrical instruments, and medical equipment.
Storage and Use
Similar to most other materials, PTFE material has memory, which restores the unsintered PTFE tape to its original shape, especially for the extended tape. Extended tape always tries to return to its original density. The storage environment of the PTFE is very important and requires a low temperature, clean and dry environment, and the ideal storage ambient temperature should always be less than 19°C.
Service
