Q：if there are batteries why can't they be replaced?
A:They can be replaced with 2 AAA or AA. We have yet to do it but are instructions on the back and there's an access panel via a small screw. So they are meant to be able to be replaced.
Q:When it plays the song is it just the tune or the actual song with words and all?
